Well I just finished downloading the Ayumi Kimito one, previewed it on my PC and it seems to be playing fine. Also did a test feeding in Handbrake, and everything seems to be cool. I use PotPlayer to view the files on my desktop and then transcode them in Handbrake when viewing them on my phone
Interesting.. since I havent tried the PC versions yet because of the LPEG requirement. I don't know what's required to view those, because I haven't installed any new programs for it on my PC. What did you do to be able to play the LPEG ones on a PC?
I assume the Ayumi Kimito vid is the new TAKUMI one, with the wings costume with the devil horns (she does look super cute in it). Does the PC have the "miniature scale" problem that shows up for the GEARVR/Daydream size one?

The highest of these feature 60fps and 4K resolution. instead of 30fps.
However, watching these doesn't seem to be much difference in quality compared to before, but its a good sign they are making an active effort to support the higher quality.
I assume the 60fps is currently fake interpolation and not native in the masters. The miniature scale problem is still there too. That has NOT changed yet.
The person doing the mastering & editing is still a bit of a noob. In addition to the "right eye has mosaic, left eye is uncensored" gaff I pointed out earlier. They still continue to have multiple errors. They had an entire video where the LEFT and RIGHT eyes were reversed. So it was unwatchable. In the latest movie they just uploaded yesterday, the video is okay right up to the last part with a creampie, again ruined by right and left eye switched.
2) Comparison notes to western VR vs JAV VR
I've been watching a lot more Western VR and seeing what's available. Man, Japan is so far behind.
a) Content
When I first watched JAV i was blown away because the Japanese would dedicate an entire video to one girl. She had the entire 2 hour movie and went through all positions, situations, and even story elements. Western porn movies were always a collection of 10 minute clips of 6 or more girls. You had to buy 10 videos to get close to 2 hours of your favourite girl, and each clip has nothing but straight boring sex.
Now the situation is reversed. We are seeing WankzVR videos now regularly approaching 1 hour (even up to 2 hours), and incorporate setup shower scenes, jokes, sets, nice editing, scene location changes and sexual position changes.
Conversely, JAV VR has been locked in a room, confined to straight sex, and short 15 minute clips. Some JAV VR movies i've seen have been from one position only the entire time.
Sure we have the harem movies, but even Western VR has been adding multiple girls (2 to 4).
I'm glad to finally see the new Chikan (train molester) VR vids popping up. Now you have a scene /set where there are lots of people (7 to 20) That's a good sign. However, from what I have seen, the videos seem to be very limited, and voyeur type 1-1 harassment. They don't let loose and have the entire train full of guys go on an almost fantasy-r*** gang bang yet. That's what I want to see is a Moodyz POV/Non-POV 2 hour DaiRanKou (big gang bang) in 3D, with dicks flying all around, one eager JAV girl, and moving all around to multiple locations like through various rooms, to shower, to bath house, with lots of sperm and creampies. Heck even do a Fan Thanksgiving bus tour in 3D VR.
b) resolution
One of Japan's biggest limitations is the tendency to do 3D movies in top/bottom 3D. This lends itself ideally to 360 VR vids. However, as we have all discovered, 90% of the time, people watching 360 vids only look forward. 180 is the standard now. Even Google and Youtube have realized this and have just introduced the new VR180 video format.

Most of the top/bottom JAV VR 360 videos have a square resolution. Most western VR 180 videos have a 16x9 resolution. Add in the wasted pixels for 360 where the sides and back are all wasted, and JAV VR has a 4 times resolution disadvantage to Western VR.
c) Japanese focus market
DMM and AVVR still no PC support. There is way too much focus on "smart phone" crappy cardboard experience. The DMM player is utter garbage, it lacks features, and isn't optimised. Medium resolution videos stutter when I move my head, on my high end phone that can play Oculus videos with no problems. I can't even play the DMM high resolution videos. AVVR uses a google cardboard in its logo.
d) scaling and colour
I have noticed that some of the older Western releases has the opposite problem to JAV VR, namely, people look like giants. I have to scale them down to size, just like I have to scale JAV VR up to size.
Takumi project is suffering badly from that scale problem. Although the 60fps is much appreciated and noticeable.
Crystal VR has one of the best scales right now. Colour is not bad either. JAV VR still has a major problem with natural colours, still too much of a yellow tinge to everything (no that is NOT a racial joke). This is really evident when you compare to JAV VR to CzechVR or SexbabesVR which have outstanding scale and colour.
