Sadly, my cheap-ass is still using the Rift CV1 I've had for years. The desktop I use gets sketchy with 4K so 8K is right out the window. The H.265 videos even make it go "I'd rather not" (although that might be a player / codec issue) I have a laptop that's better, but I'm keeping it porn-free...
