With u15dvdinfo there is a small catch that I have encountered once - several older codes were seemingly not attached to any list, only reachable by search, so I have missed them.

Go to your own profile (clicking on your username on the side for example) and check "Latest activity" tab; it has limited history, but crawled regularly would show everything recent anyway. If your intention is to filter this list down - do this "manually".
