It really depends What studios you look at The ''glamour'' ones when it's done it's made into a big occasions, while many others have always done it. But usually a big deal is made out of the first CP then it just gets overdone Prime example is Soft On Demand.

I mean Av Actors and Actresses are normal people so yeah they can, they just keep everything private for obvious reasons. Yeah jav actors/actresses are normal people to. Many of the men in jav are married to non jav actresses, many of the females are in relationships but for obvious reasons(like in normal idol culture) they keep it private

I think it depends on a persons time frame of what they consider the old generation, vs the new generation. I see the "old" generation as Acky, Sora Aoi, Maria Ozawa, Yuma Asami, and Yumi Kazami (basically 02-06 debuts). Then the "modern" generation Tsubomi, Aino Kishi, Meguri, Miyuki Yokoyama...
