The difference between the number of VOD videos on the English site and the Japanese site is only about 2000 videos out of 200,000. That's like 1%! I can't imagine what videos you are referencing unless you are specifically talking about physical DVD's which are not shipped outside of Japan...

You can only buy the videos that are available for online distribution, downloads/streaming. Any videos that are offered only as DVD mail order cannot be purchased as they can't be delivered overseas. You should be able to also buy DMM points for live cam and online gamesi, as well as PPM content.

You should not have a problem buying using foreign credit cards provided your not purchasing from, China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Korea, Vietnam, Australia or New Zealand.

DMM does allow non-Japanese credit cards now. You shouldn't have a problem registering and purchasing content on the website.

DMM.co.jp is no longer available to access from Australia and New Zealand, due to the new foreign exchange division creating an Australian division for FX. They don't want to associate pornography and trading together.
