This is an adaptation from an erogame. The game series has (at least) two episodes, but the first episode of "催眠術/Saimin Jutsu" was not adapted into adult anime. I know few other cases like that, like "闘神都市２/Toshin Toshi 2/Tournament of the Gods" and "ヴァーチャコール２/Virtua Call 2/Virtuacall".

As these OAVs are sold as extras with the manga releases, no wonder why it takes some time to get more. A TV series is on the pipe-lines for 2010.
