Not sure if this is the correct place to post this or not but this girl is most definitely the former junior idol known as Chihiro Isaka (伊坂ちひろ) I found some stills of this DVD above and she has the same freckles on her collar bone (right side) and just beside her nose (alson on the right side)...

You are exactly right my friend. I don't know of any Japanese social media platforms aside from Ameblo either and I'm quite surprised that they even use Twitter at all to be honest.

Yeah, I hope she hasn't retired or that something has happened to her. I haven't seen anything in months from any source. I made a post weeks ago on this thread asking if anyone else had seen any info but for some reason it was deleted. I wouldn't be surprised if this one was deleted too.
