I often found many subtitles contain small mistakes but made opposite meanings, like sister become brother, boyfriend become girlfriend, I become You, or the other way around. and some other logical mistakes. If I correct those, can I put my name after the author, like subtitle by A, Refined by me?

could any body help? I have only Chinese subtitle, and want to translate into english using subtitlecat.com. it translate, but the result is gibberish, what is wrong?
