I'm stuck with a 12GB 3060 for now. It looks like it may run a pared down Flux version through StabilityMatrix so I'll give it a shot in the next couple of days and see what happens.

@Zen10101 - Are you running this locally? If so, what kind of rig are you using? Also, based on the nature of my fetish, how good is Flux at generating the kind of 'slightly' NSFW content I'm addicted to? I've heard it's somewhat limited, but I'd rather get the heads up from somone who has...

I've spent some of my day off tinkering with a new lora model so a 'work in progress'. She doesn't have a name yet ;)

I'm literally just experimenting for the majority of these. I have a fairly general idea of what I'm trying to achieve and most images are generated with that in mind, but it's rare that I set out a deliberate plan. The real work goes into creating the lora (model) that the images are generated...

Flux will run locally on Stability Matrix. Civitai is not just web interface, it's also where a lot of models and loras are hosted.

As I've seen the subject of what setup people are using pop up. I'm running EasyDiffusion locally on an RTX 3060. Not quite enough poke for Flux, but SDXL\Pony work fine.

Still not photorealistic, but worth a share as i'm really happy with the way the fabric has turned out. Everything but the background created from scratch. The girl is based on several of my favourite Idols, the lingerie came from a photoset.

Flux is an amazing engine, although a bit picky when it come to NSFW. You may have just inspired me to give it another shot.

The second part of my new model: This model will be merged with the previous model. Two more are in the pipeline. Once they're all trained up I'll merge them into one single model that, hopefully, does everything I want it to.
