I had just over 10 GB left on my premium account, so I set it to download around 6 GB of material. 2.8 GB later, I'm told that I only have 500 MB of traffic left and I cannot continue to download. What's going on?

What's the download limit for filejoker premium? It was 50GB or thereabouts in 5 days, but since I renewed my membership a few days ago, the number has been extremely low, never recovering above 20GB.

I've had problems with download limits in the last week. As an example, an hour ago I was told I had 39 GiB remaining. Less than an hour later, after downloading less than 1 GB of data, I'm told I have 834 MiB remaining. I've used the Contact Us form and email, but I've not had a reply yet.
