2 part video and 1 part srt

I have a 2 part .wmv movie (part a and part b) and an a 1 part .srt subtitle. Is there any way to watch movie using the srt subtitle. I use potplayer to watch videos. Could the movie be combined into one part or srt file split onto 2 parts?

Hopefully the WMV files are of the same exact frame rate. You can still combine them if not, but the srt might be slightly off the longer it plays.
