Streaming sites are not concerned about quality at all and digital releases are usually progressive at 30 fps instead of the DVD who are often still interlaced at 60 half frames which can easily be interpolated to 60 full frames since the temporal resolution is kept.
60 fps jav is rare unless the source is a dvd or bluray and those are getting very rare since most digital release get ripped and shared already.
In simple terms, good luck, unlikely to find one.
