Animac last breath ???

Makai tenshi djibril 2 / jiburiru : the second coming recently have been licensed by kitty media

but I heard animac died and their site is down too, anyone can confirm this ?
 
today nothing is impossible, as Jiburiru II ep 4 and Magicalもえ Vol.2 - MagicalMoe both have been never released although a release date already was announced for both videos for Feb 2008 or so (if I am right with Jiburiru too).
 
strange things happen, if the company really is dead - how comes that Jiburiru - The Devil Angel 2 (makai tenshi jibril 2) 魔界天使ジブリール 2 episode 1 is today UNCENSORED on net? We did not even get episode 4 censored at all?
