most people in usa call them swingers. in the usa if male and few swap wifes husband we call them swingers.

Yeah, there are relatively quite a few as the previous poster said, especially if you aren't exactly picky as to how you want your "swapping". There is a genre of:
"Wife/girlfriend having sex in front of husband/boyfriend with his consent"
This is sometimes referred to as "Dutch Wife", Netorare (NTR), r***, humiliation or whatever depending on the maker or the slight differences in scenario.
"Wife/girlfriend r***ing/cheating in front of husband/boyfriend (with or without his consent"
"Wife/girlfriend swapping"
etc.
You can substitute Wife for Mother or Sister in the above as there are those variations as well.
If anyone cares for me to put Japanese words and phrases that will help with searches, let me know and I'll bore you with more details.

That was an impressive list you compiled, DeSade; what you appear to be interested in is porn with straight swapping, where all of the participants are into the activity. The U.S. AV firm, PINK VISUAL, has a series catering to this gentler notion, entitled “Wife Switch.”
Another along these lines, more or less, that was not part of your list is:
Wife Swapping [KBKD-665], with Sayoko Machimura; at film’s end there is a scene where both couples share the other one’s goods. (358 MB painless download.)

No doubt you are aware that instead of husbands and wives, there are many Mother-Son Swap movies, especially in the IESP line, such as IESP-541 (with Chisato Shouda and Shinobu Igarashi) and IESP-487 (with Maki Tomoda and Reiko Nakamori). Perhaps getting away from the swinging theme somewhat, we also have movies that offer a sort of contest, and if the couples lose, the wife half of the team is up for grabs; but these may be more in the cuckold category. One example is Newlywed Couples play Roshambo [HJMO-116].
I like the stories where the other couple is taken by surprise, or even against their will. There was one in particular I was impressed by, where one couple pretty much devastates another, but I couldn’t find it.
You probably would not go for the meaner theme, but just for fun’s sake…
One is Tempting the Newlywed Couple Who Recently Moved Next Door [MDYD-587]; Ayane Asakura is the scheming neighbor, and she seduces the wife half of the team, eternal victim Yu Kawakami. Ayane next sets her sights on the husband end, and in the movie’s finale, poor Yu catches her husband in the adulterous act, finding herself cuckolded.
Another in a similar vein is Apartment Wives Affair [HAVD-554]; this time Yu Kawakami is the interloper, in the role of a “full-time homemaker.” She’s lonely, as her husband is gone on a probable trip, according to the translation. Yu listens through the wall to the sounds of the newlyweds next door making love, played by Rino Mizusawa and Monkeyface. A strange character with a band-aid on his face takes Rino, which gives Yu the opportunity to get her rocks off with Rino’s monkey-faced husband. But Yu can’t be the villainess for long, she is still the eternal victim – and the mysterious band-aided character next preys on Yu.
The burning question: why would the desirable Yu decide to give Monkeyface a turn?
But these aren’t really swapping movies, where the husbands and wives consensually switch partners. I guess I was frustrated about not locating that one movie where it was couple vs. couple, where one couple held the grim upper hand.
One example of a swapping movie where the participants did not appear to plan on engaging in the swingers’ scene is:
