As far as i can see after a fast search on dmm there a serie named "インド中出し" which refer to: DSD-248; DSD-279; DSD-361; DSD-393; DSD-473

A search on JAVlibrary for DSD-248, it fall under the category US/EU Porn - http://www.javlibrary.com/en/vl_genre.php?g=aquq . So I guess that the Indian girls are not being penetrated by Japanese guys but by western guys instead? So they still consider JAV if the guys are western? Very curious about this point.

I suppose that when it's a japanese production it's considered "JAV". As for the search on dmm i also have done a search to R18.com which was refered by a dmm staff member in another thread as using part of dmm database to be completely honest.
It's not a Japanese production, they took US movies and censored them. I've seen plenty of White Ghetto movies and they're all uncensored and in English.
