Various sites list her as 吉澤綾 Aya Yoshizawa, but if I use that name on DMM I can't find the video. The few things they do have under that name are from 2006, so it may just be too old to be listed.

The scene is included in FEDX-026, a 2004 movie. DMM and R18 do have that one, looks like it is a collection of scenes with various women. The actress names aren't listed for that one which explains why it didn't show up when I searched for her name.
