And those were just actors. Even in older JAVs where they portrayed "homeless" people, those old men lived in slum-like settings to make it look real rough and dirty, but it was all staged. As for the girls, mostly they work as escorts irl, hardly any would take the risk of catching multiple STDs from an smelly ugly old guy without a proper STD test.
