Could be Asahi Mizuno, but need more information. Like a better screenshot or the actual video.

There's a 42 second clip here but it doesn't show much more than that picture and its claimed as some self made video, which I doubt is true.

Well definitely not Asahi Mizuno. But would like to know who she is. Wish she would stop covering up her face during that video.
