Anyone knows how to reduce mosaic or knows someone who does?

Usually mosaic doesn't bother me but in one movie I'm subbing its annoying.
It's this light gray-ish mosaic that completely covers the actress boobs. And it's an eyesore.
Can I live with it? Yes. But I rather have it reduce tbh lol

Anyone knows somebody? Or have instructions so I can do it myself Thank you

Btw, for added information, to demosaic you will need a good computer with processing power.
Currently I don't have that but in the future I will...

To be clear, I liked censored d***s and p***y , it doesn't bother me.

This movie ... GG-016 pixel is bad because they don't want to show the "fake" doll. I get it.
But... the pixel is so bad it covers mostly all of Momoka-san chest and almost her neck

Bad editing indeed, but easy to live with... until I can change it a little
