UPDATE (June 7, 2024): Added some more request/s. Yes, few or some of them (in this list) are really very rare to find elsewhere not only in Japan, but in the Internet (either as a full video online, or torrents; aka "Undumped data") due to "probably unawareness" by the general public or most of its copies were about to be classified as "lost media" in time.
