This is the Doujin game for Full Metal Panic. It is a Card Duel Style game. I have no idea how to play it though.

Unlike most versions out there, mine is the exe installer version.

I dunno whats the error meant also basically it open a blue window with looks like so programming language in it.

you'll need to change your system regional language settings, to japanese.
for windows xp :
1.=|>control panel
2.=|>date,time,language and regional option.
3.=|>regional and language option
4.=|>click on the advance tab
5.=|>click on the drop down list, select japanese
6.=|>and then, click ok or apply

Still if you change to Japanese it doesn't work any have any idea what to do ?
