Avatars Question?

What types of avatars are generally allow? What crosses the line? Would graphic scenes of violence, sex, or etc cross the line?
I have no plans of using either today or any in the future but I'm curious.

I'd say looking at the forum content rules(except the japanese material only) would give you a pretty good idea of what is and isn't allowed for avatars, it's for forum content in general.
