Given that its an adult expo, I would think that most of the people their would be more open to all the different genre AV idols that you mention, But the USA is a weird place. I think they only selected/announce 5-6 actress so far for the r18.com booth. Sadly neither Aimi Yoshikawa or Kiarara Asuka have been announce. One can only hope that more girls will be announce in the coming weeks. I think last year they took around 12 JAV idols to the show. So we can expect to at lease see another 5 girls announce. The only girl returning is Julia if i remember correctly. So hopefully at least one of them get selected to go.

On a side note. I saw that R18.com is running a small poll/contest to see what one of the JAV idols will wear on to AVN. the more votes she gets the skimpier the "outfit" gets.
