Yes she did. Her first release was back in 2011.

It's fascinating to her first release and her last next to each other.
A lot of JIs turn chubby and/or lose their charm, but Koharu has developed nicely and turned into a super beautiful woman. Like a caterpillar to a butterfly. 
It's funny because she was one of the JIs I fully expected to leave the industry after imouto. Let's hope she continues.

I think they look creepy when they are young.. they start looking sexy when they put on some weight and have some curves.. I guess that's just me
