Note: This one is a bit special since the DVD has a 10 min section with 2 different angles.
I created 4 mkv editions for it(they can skip over parts of video or reorder it in the way I tell it to).
By default it plays the 2 angles one after the other since it works for what it is and it's probably what most people want.
But you can also choose to only play the clothed angle, the naked one or a different order than the first edition that the DVD also has(Play all vs Chapters order).
VLC(Right-Click video->Playback->Title) and MPV(Shift+e, so uppercase E) both have limited support for editions.
You can select them the way I mentioned above but if you navigate the chapters after, it'll get messed up(in different way for each) and not show the right thing.
Any directshow player that uses lavfilters like MPC HC/BE do support them very well though, you can navigate after no problem but for other players, I have no clue but if ignored, it'll play the default anyway.
I have a screenshot on how to select them in MPCHC here and a little more detailed explanation on how this works for those interested.

The iso for this one was provided by branbran726 and they were supposed to make their own version of it but they haven't been around in about 6 months so I figured I'd post my version at least.

Works fine on my end with 7zip and there's no reason it wouldn't with winrar and I checked to make sure the files on K2S aren't corrupted so it's likely a problem on your end. An exact error message would help but there's a few common mistakes you can check:

- Make sure you downloaded both files since it's in 2 parts and that they're in the same folder when you're trying to extract it.
- Make sure the files didn't only partially download(check the file size, first one is about 1.95GB and 2nd one 173.88MB) and you can use the sfv file I included in this post(extract it first) to make 100% sure they're not corrupt. I like to use multipar to check but there's many software out there that does the same.
- Make sure you're not out of disk space where you're trying to extract it.
