Im wondering if its possible to buy a uncensored version of some big company studios like moodyz or warp. Im searching for MIAD-898 and DJE-056 especially. Is there a way as a european to contact those studios? Money is no problem - even big amounts since editing footage is maybe necessary. Someone has experience with this?

I can probably hook you up if you're willing to pay $100,000+USD per title. Not joking.
All the kidding aside, the laws in Japan would make that next to if not impossible, barring a leaked title, but an intentional uncensored release of a studio release just won't happen I'm afraid.

Distrubution's the law. Of course if you were going to offer a studio a huge chunk of change, you could work something out possibly. It depends on the studio, what you want, and what you can offer. With uncensored titles costing tens of thousands of dollars, you can use that as ballpark when making an offer on buying (the rights to?) a censored title without mosaic. Production values on big-name censored titles usually are much higher than uncensored.
