I have been purchasing from www.cocoa-soft.net for about a year, but since May 2011, my credit card (Visa) has stopped working.
I get an error saying to check my entered details are correct and that the card has not expired.
My card is valid and I have been purchasing from other sites with no problem.
My card is non-Japanese.
This used to work fine.
Does anyone know of a problem with cocoa-soft ?
Who can I contact that understands English (I sent an email to their credit card agent with no response) ?
