Otherwise, it's...kind of a weird thing. "Cosplay" means more than just "girls dressed as fictional characters", so in searching for it, you end up finding mostly "concept" cosplay or just a bunch of awful superhero stuff that may or may not even have sex in it.
There are several good things out there, and I haven't found them, despite my best and most tenacious efforts. Stuff like Cosfuck International, Cosplay Sex Syndrome Hinata Tachibana (PPS245; need this so much), and some remosaic'd stuff TMA did. Y'know, I'm still a little pissed that they never made a DVD release of Final Fuck X. It's not bad, but the video quality is AWFUL (it's VHS-only), and the censoring is obscenely-obscuring.
I guess a refusal to lower your standards just ends up frustrating you in the end, but I doubt I could ever see myself interested in the eighty thousand Haruhi cosplays or any of that "cute girl" anime stuff. I mean, look, I'm just expecting, given the popularity of several things, to see cosplay porn of Super Robot Wars, Gundam (there is SO LITTLE it's disconcerting), Tales, Dynasty/Samurai Warriors (TMA made the one movie, and they used DW5 designs, so I'd say it's about time we got something with the redesigned/new girls), and hell, even Final Fantasy. Besides Tifa, which is a whole other neurosis for me (I'm SO BORED of her), you would think...I dunno. Do I just want to see a girl with a nice rack like Rio Hamasaki or @you in a Rydia outfit getting banged? Yeah, pretty much. Why won't Japan do that?
