Difference between Caribbeancom and Caribbeancompr

Hi All,

I've been wondering all this time about the difference between the two. I notice that the same video can be released by both. For example: carib-012816_487 and carib-010116-060.

I'm not sure why someone would buy the titles when a monthly membership to non-PR seems to also have them (?).
AVEntertainments also sells many of the same titles for a lot less both physical and PPV.
