Ah! I recognized the frozen pre-video play shot from the
xhamster site; and their description was not entirely wrong (
"Japanese Mother Daughter Blackmail Fucked"), not that one can trust the descriptions of people who put up arbitrary videos. Yet the original title is called:
Shoplifter Wifes (SIC) (CT-09)
The
xhamster site presents the first part, or hour, of the film, featuring, a la the title, Shoplifting
wives. It is the second part that I think you would be more attracted to, the one featuring a mother and a daughter. And it's really good!
The reason why I love this one is because the tormentor is dressed as a sort of police officer (and maybe he is supposed to be a cop; given the decor, I imagined he was a security guard), which makes him more intimidating than the usual convenience store manager. Secondly, he makes no bones about videotaping his victims, vs. the usual hidden cameras set-up. His victims are so shakrn up, they not only accept the added ignominy, sometimes they even help him with the videotaping... It's beautiful!
And you're in luck; the original source where I had picked this up from is still kicking. Furthermore, you don't need to deal with wearisome CAPTCHAs, frustrating multi-links, or a hard drive-socking giant size. CT09 is available in its entirety, a 593 MB

I think you suspected "Shoplifter Wifes" was part of the KRMV line, but as you can see, it is not. The film was put out by
Chicken Teriyaki (Studio Teriyaki), and their movies are tough to check out. CT09 did not come up on the highly comprehensive DMM site, for example.
If you'd like to learn more about their wacky movies, here is a
helpful link. Naturally, I already put in the research to see if there was more than the superb "Shoplifter Wifes," and the only other one they appear to carry with a similar theme is
"Shoplifter Couple – Amateur Gal (CT11)"; it features our creepy cop friend, which is great, but I did not bother investigating further because the cover pictures look like the cop has forced a (I guess) boyfriend and girlfriend to have sex with each other... not that interesting.

DMM page, which I recognized as short clips I have in my possession.

This is a juicy one based on the two segments, because the store manager is a real bastard (or as the translated title appears to tell us, a
super famous devil), and puts both mother and daughter through the paces. He only goes all the way with the mother, though.

While no daughter is involved, I also happen to like the
Degenerated Shoplifting Wife JUC/JUKD series put out by Madonna... whose films are not always easy to obtain, in pilfered fashion.
You implied the films put out in the KRMV series are hard to find. KRMV films are fun, specializing in the humiliation aspect.
There's one mammoth KRMV shoplifting vehicle,
Shoplifting Videos Caught by Store Manager Voyeur [KRMV878]... six hours long. It's not all that imaginatively done, and the same-old, same-old one after the other gets to be tedious. (That is, each segment is practically a carbon copy of the next. Where is the variety?)
Maybe I can cheer you up further with another KRMV flick that is in a similar vein, although no shoplifting is involved:
