My curiosity lead me to this question about DMCA : does Akiba receives notices ? And how do you treat them ?

What happens if studio XYZ comes here and say "you stole my stuff, shut down this place or get prosecuted" ?

Common knowledge or not I am positive that Akiba-Onlines' staff seek to conform to all applicable laws to the best of their ability.

We get them because most of our content is kinda illegal, and from time to time copyright holders notice us. :evil:

And even so they don't send us a message that follows the DMCA procedure, we remove the content. So far the threats were only about 'remove this and that'.
