/u/Electromog : probably just a name change. It's still using DMM's URL. I'd assume more for SEO reasons because while it's possible to correctly inform Google of a domain switch, it's still a risky undertaking especially when you're such a huge site that gets a ton of traffic from them.
FANZA's a cool name and I can't be the only one who likes the logo. Something about short 5-letter names that have an N in the middle and an A at the end that work well for JAV...hmm...

DMM.co.jp witch is the one with adult services has change the brand name to FANZA. All the adult services names has change to FANZA with the exception of DMM GAMES that continue being DMM GAMES.
