or something close?

While there have been girls that have gone from Idol to AV there are not very many that go from Junior to AV. Also there is no transition from Uncensored to censored. They're different studios all together. While there are a few girls that have done both it's not a transition in the traditional sense.
As for puberty, it's a case by case scenario. Some people, male or female mature faster/slower than others/average. While there are also cases of blatant lying of age in the industry it's pretty good about age. Specifically if a date of birth is provided. If not it's best to assume that she's of legal age. This is not always the case though.
