Does anybody have any experience with Javcart?

They advertise on javlibrary when you select the show comments in all languages section for a movie. I have a few movies that I wouldn't mind paying to get released, although I want to avoid a potential scam. Does anyone here have any experience in using them? Are they legit or are they a scam?

For $15-70USD a title, you can just legally use SquareSpace or AkibaCom who also have special order services.
