The video is definitely in VR. However, I couldn't find the scene in question in any of the VR releases with 'cosplay' tag on FANZA, although I may have overlooked it.

Thanks, i found the clip on SLR site, although not the full version...
The title is... "Sailor Moon Costumed Chick Swallows Cum" and the video description reads...
