If you are using Chrome, you can Google Lens any image, which in this case with a clear title card it ends up being pretty easy to find the source.

SHKD-255, Tragedy of Gene (sometimes listed as Genetic Disaster) is one of the best! It made me a Rei Aoki fan. Once I saw the way she looks on the back cover, I knew I had to search it out and own it. Especially the shot of her looking up at the guy paRe'ing her... Anger! Rage! ...and maybe just a tiny little bit of pleasure? Very intense!

Have you checked out the indies? Communications like Caribbean, Spay and Oreco are doing work not only with amateurs, I regularly find short 1-2 scene videos starring A-Listers like Sora Shiina and Rena Fukushima. Just today I'm fact I found multiple indie videos starring Hina Nanase! Anyway, their cum shots are definitely real. No small percentage of videos made by these small companies find their uncensored versions released in the West so they can't cheat it. Hope this helps!

One of my favourite scenes in the Attackers is from SHKD-337 (#83, also in the compilation ATKD-223) when 南ゆう is sitting blindfolded while being groped and fingered by the teacher.
Sometimes the dramatic parts are so good but aren't as developed as other scenes. In RBD-859 with Yui Hatano as an enslaved investigator, I really liked a part where she's resting in her cell, cuffed and blindfolded, before a guy goes in and uses her mouth as an onahole. The sorrowful and somewhat vengeful face she made was beautiful.

NSFS-369 is out it's already the movie of the year, one of the best by director Nagae. Natsuki Kaoru is incredible in this one, she just won't concede! A must watch.
Looks incredible! Nagae has shot some great stuff. It only annoys me when he sometimes cuts to the guys reaction in very intense moments...who the f wants to see that...
