Hi
I have been trying to upload large file on filedropper, but whatever I try after about ten minutes or so filedropper just stops uploading the file.
Does anyone have any idea of how to fix this problem please?
I am computer illiterate so please give a full explanation if you have one.
Thanks

Are you uploading the files using the flash form on the front page of the site?

If so, make sure you have the latest flash plugin installed, try a different browser and if that still fails, try using another method like ftp uploading if they allow it.

If it all fails, then you'll have to contact them about the problem since only they can fix it.

Thanks for the prompt reply. But sorry I don't understand what you are saying. I don't know what a flashform is or a plugin.

The flash form is the green "Upload file" button on the home page of the website. It use something called flash to work which you can get here(but you probably already have it, just make sure it's updated): http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

Using the firefox web browser is probably your best bet to make it work since it tends to be better at those kind of things.

Hi
I updated my java driver and all the others I could and now it uploads a lot quicker. Still crashes sometimes but now it after it uploaded about 60-70% instead of the first few minutes.
So thanks a lot and I hope I have it sorted.
