Free Filejoker to dl 5 gig file and got lock out for 1 month

I downloaded a jav HD that was 5 gigs using the free filejoker. After that I was lock out for a month the timer never get reset during that month. I just got my access back. Anyone here experiencing the same thing after continuous dl using free filejoker?

Was wondering how long that takes. Up to about 3, maybe 3½ weeks myself after having to download a 5GB file twice (yay for zero resume amplifying their bandwidth usage unnecessarily) and still locked out.
