Are there any hentai game subbers or translator groups out there? I'm sick of editing in h-games when they're released in english especially when highschoolers are changed to college students! Thanks.

Here at Akiba-Online?? Not that I know of.

There are translation teams, (who do fan translations), at many places. I am always on the look out for something new.

Hongfire.com usually has something in the works. They are probably the best overall source of Japanese hentai games gathered at one site that I know of. Though to be honest I don't go there very often anymore. I find my translated games elsewhere as hongfire is big on the whole purely Japanese thing.
