The good news is the video quality is really good but as far as the quality of the anime....that is another story. I mean this anime is super cute, as in maybe cute enough to make you puke. Even the fanservice is censored, (which is not really very fan-friendly) although the outfits are in the plus column. However that does make this anime okay for most of the younger generation to watch and if you are in a need for something sweet and adorable with action, fanservice tidbits, bastions of color and half-decent storlines...then this fits the bill very nicely. Mind you if I thought it was that awful I would not of watched it myself but by the end of the series I was starting to wear a little thin on the whole thing.
Plot Summary: After having fought over Share energy for many years, the Goddesses signed a treaty which forbids each from taking Share energy from the other using forceful means. As a result of Neptune's laziness, Planeptune's shares steadily decline, and Histoire sends Neptune off to find a way to remedy the situation.
