hard to access akiba

hii there..my name is radith,and i am from indonesia
just like title,from where i live,akiba-online very difficult to access (sometimes i still can access akiba using turbomode opera :casual due to internet regulation :rainyday:.
so is there a way, to access akiba ? like a different address or ip maybe ??
