agreed, there seems to be a FastCGI error problem with the attachment management atm, I had the same problems about an hour ago.
I'm having FastCGI problems in general -- accessing the main index, loading a thread, and loading a "Go Advanced" reply mode. I didn't have any for attachments, thankfully, but have had in the past.
I've just submitted two image attachments in a row -- one in one post, the second in another -- so I can say that it's at least working for some members some of the time. Try again?
