The first scene is a white themed teenager's room during the day, his son is studying, his mother is standing on his left helping him with his lessons (reading, correcting etc.)
Then the boy takes his mother's breasts out of her shirt and starts to caress them, but the woman doesn't make a sound, there is no shame or lust in the woman, as if it were an ordinary event. The woman is in her late thirties, early forties, and has a firm and beautiful body.
The second scene is the woman standing in another room wearing a brown skirt or brown sweater.
