Just thought I'd narrow down the list of contenders.
Sougouwiki provides the I.D.'s for four:
Kanae Seta (瀬田奏恵)
Wakana Amane (A.K.A. Mika Okuna, Wakana, 雨音わかな)
Miori Matsushita (松下美織)
Aoi Sano (佐野あおい)
The cover first made it seem like there were only four actresses, implying the woman had to be one of them:
But the screenshots for the movie (http://www.javlibrary.com/en/?v=javlilt3si) show there were many more actresses involved. This is also a movie that runs for over six hours so obviously there had to be lots of actresses.
So the odds of one of the woman asked about being one of the four identified ladies of this movie became a lot slimmer, although...
Miori Matsushita (松下美織) bears some similarity?
Here she is (above) from NSPS-555, and this page provides other photos of her to compare with.
I think the third photo on the cover of SDDE-449 is the woman being asked about:
Which actually increases the odds of the four identified women being the one asked about... I think there is a good chance she may be Miori Matsushita.
松下美織 is her name in Japanese, and although it's hard to tell because the photo is fuzzy, the pink lettering may be a match.
