What video? What cover? What are you talking about? We don't know what video or cover you're referring to because she has a bunch of movies, if Mizui Maki is who you're talking about (Mizui aki?).

You need to be way more specific and provide more information if you expect someone to help with your request. If you can't provide a cover or picture at least try to describe what the cover looked like.
