There are a bunch of corny replies to this question but I won't go there. Not that I wasn't tempted. (Where is aquamarine when you need him?)
Most posters would enjoy having there threads "stuck" to the top of the sections they post in but the admins and mods use that forum feature for posts they believe that are most important for members and visitors to see first.
I might suggest that you mirror your posts in a blog at another site and link to it in your signature. This is the most commonly used technique by veteran posters in an attempt to get more traffic on their uploads. Just mouse over the signatures of some of the more popular JAV posters to see an example.
If everyone would like to get his thread sticky we would end in sticky threads only, and that is what noone really wants as new posts would vanish from the first pages, so that hardly anyone would find them anymore.
The amount of sticky threads should be limited only to just a few per sub forum, mentioning most hit or most important ones only. Staff is using the sticky for announcements too, so that rules, rule changes, sub forum limitations etc. can be found on first look / hit.
