How do I edit a title created months ago

Have tried everything. Nothing seems to work. Am I stuck with the title I created long ago; or is there a way to edit it. I have seen others add the latest update date on their titles each time they add new uploads. How do they do that?

Click edit then Go Advanced that should work
then change the title
