How or Who do people RIP the videos and post them online?

Im asking because, i find that theres a lot of JAV's that go past without having any download links.

Ex. RCT-544 while there are RCT-543 and RCT-545
What happen there?
Am i looking in the wrong places?

Theres also one i have been hounding over but no release atm... KAWD-540 while there is KAWD-541 and KAWD-539.

Does anyone know what goes on?
