How reliable is XCREAM.net for purchasing/downloading?

I saw a few posts from years ago mentioning XCREAM, so is it still reliable and safe?

Does it also sell only DRM files that require a player like R18 and the like?

Well, they're legit. I think some is DRM and some is DRM-free depending on seller preference.
