Live in Japan, have an appropriate visa, be clean, speak the language, and CALL the studios.
We get emails very often from people who even if they're in Japan, don't have the courage to do the latter. If you can't pick up the phone and maintain a convo, you probably are not going to get any gigs.

Hey.....number of times the Minister of cyber-security had his computer hacked: ZERO. nuff said.
I doubt black dudes have a good japanese skills but as the studios look for few black dudes, they got hired. And I don't think porn studios are properties of yakuza. Maybe some obscur studios, but S1 and all of those, hard to believe. A quick wikipedia search is more effective.
There's no real yakuza connection in JAV. Perhaps once upon a time, but now it's almost depressingly mainstream.
